How long will it take my item to shiP?

On average, it can take 3 - 5 business for orders to be fulfilled once they're placed.

What if I pay for priority shipping?

When you pay for Priority (or 2-Day) Shipping, you're paying for a faster turnaround time once our team hands off your order to the crew at USPS. Once your package leaves our shop, we unfortunately can't control how quickly it gets to you - but we always do our best to fulfill orders as soon as possible! You will always receive an email with tracking once your order ships! 🤩

My order says delivered, but It never arrived - What do I do?

Please reach out to our Customer Service team by emailing us at shop@nursesinspirenurses.com and someone will get back to you within 1-2 business days! 

Can I Shop in persoN?

Currently, we are only able to accommodate in-person shopping at our office during scheduled events. For a list of upcoming in-person shopping opportunities, feel free to checkout our Events page!

I'm local to Metro Detroit - Can I come pick-up my order?

Unfortunately we are not offering local in-store pick-up at this time. Please select a shipping method at checkout! 


Do you do bulk pricing?

Yes! We offer discounted bulk pricing options for any purchase of ten or more Classic tees. Please check out all of our bulk pricing information here
