RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All unworn and undamaged items may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. We will not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days. 


All sale items (whether purchased online or through a Community App sale) are final sale. This includes imperfect and sample sales.


Returns and exchanges due to sizing issues or non-defective issues require that the customer pay $5 to cover shipping costs. For exchanges a $5 invoice will be sent to the customer and for returns $5 will be subtracted from the refunded amount. If the issue was our fault or there was a defective item we will happily return or exchange free of charge.


Please note we are a small batch boutique and some items are not restocked.

Please note that once your refund is started, you will receive a return label via email along with the $5 invoice for return shipping. If your return label isn't in your inbox, make sure to check your spam! 

how long do I have to ship my item back?

Once your return label is emailed, you will have seven days to ship your item back to the Nurses Inspire Nurses Shop in order to receive your refund or exchange.

how long until i receive my refund or exchange?

Refunds will be issued once we receive the returned product. Please note that it takes about 5-7 business days to show up in your account once the refund is issued. You'll receive email confirmation that your refund has been issued. 


 If you're exchanging an item, the new item is sent after we've received the product you're exchanging.
