RETURN pOLICY

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All unworn and undamaged items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. 

We will not accept returns after 30 days. Please note we do not offer exchanges.


All sale items are final sale. 

This includes imperfect and sample sales.


Returns due to sizing issues or non-defective issues require that the customer pay $5 to cover shipping costs 

and this $5 fee will be subtracted from the refunded amount. 

If the issue was our fault or there was a defective item we will happily return free of charge.

If the issue was an address entry error on the customer's end, once the item is returned the order will be refunded minus original shipping costs.


Please note we are a small batch boutique and some items are not restocked.

Please note that once your refund is started, you will receive a return label via email from us.

how long do I have to ship my item back?

Once your return label is emailed, you will have seven days to ship your item back to the Nurses Inspire Nurses Shop in order to receive your refund. Please reach out toshop@nursesinspirenurses.com with any additional questions or concerns. 

We always want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase!

how long until i receive my refund?

Refunds will be issued once we receive the returned product. Please note that it takes about 5-7 business days to show up in your account once the refund is issued. You'll receive email confirmation that your refund has been issued.
