Let's sit down, get cozy, and center ourselves together with ten minutes of journaling!
Journaling can be so therapeutic, especially when we're experiencing a lot of emotions (hello, 2020). It also can be hard to know where to even start, which is why we're giving you some journal prompts to get you started.
Before we get started, let's pause and do a couple of things:
1) Put on some comfy clothes if you haven't already!
2) Get settled in your space and light a candle or turn on a cozy lamp
